**Your Next Role**

We're on the hunt for our next Apprentice Fitter - someone who's ready to get stuck in, learn the ropes, and start building a solid future in mechanical fitting. You'll be working on real machines, learning how to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, and getting a nationally recognised qualification while you do it.

You'll be:

- Completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
- Develop the skills to diagnose faults, strip and rebuild components, and read mechanical drawings
- Learn how to maintain a range of plant equipment, including saw lines, conveyors, and hydraulic systems
- Gain exposure to preventative maintenance systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Working alongside skilled tradespeople who've got your back
- Becoming a key part of keeping our production running smoothly and safely

**About you**

You're mechanically minded, curious, and practical. Maybe you've pulled apart engines, helped out in a workshop, or just love figuring out how things work. You're not afraid of a challenge (or a bit of grease), and you show up with the right attitude, ready to learn and build a real career.
