Visitor Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer focused manager to control and organise our customer facing operations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a wealth of experience in leading and motivating large teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for organising and controlling all of CherryHill’s hospitality events and functions across our Visitor Centres at our **Wandin Orchard**.

You will be responsible for all hospitality staff recruitment, training and their ongoing development, ensuring that warm, genuine hospitality flows through of our customer touch points.

Some of the **core responsibilities** of the role are but not limited to:

- Strategic planning for the Visitor Centre
- Work with key stakeholders to grow the hospitality arm of the business
- Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards through ensuring staff adherence to relevant policies and procedures
- Organise all of the company’s hospitality events
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to the Visitor Centre management team and other employees
- Ensure all staff comply with health, safety and hygiene and legal regulations (for example Responsible Service of Alcohol) and maintain their necessary certifications
- Develop and review induction programs for new staff including reviewing of relevant customer service policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to grow our public events calendar
- Host consultation meetings with customers booking the venue to ensure the perfect experience

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 3 Years' experience in Hospitality Management Position
- Project Management Experience
- Experience working with a growing business which is diversified and dynamic, organising and controlling customer facing operations
- Advanced understanding of all full-service restaurant operations
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, organising and controlling large teams and coordinating events
- Ability to coach, train and motivate employees Financial and commercial acumen; data analysis and customer orientated
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver key business outcomes Intermidiate to Advance Microsoft Skills.
- Victorian Drivers' Licence
- Hold current or working towards: Minimum Diploma level tertiary qualification in business or hospitality management.

**Salary for this position will be between $115,000 - $125,000 pa + super annuation.**
