**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to TAFE SA’s technological advancement in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of software testing programs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for diverse projects.
- Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and retesting processes.
- Coordinate testing environments to ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate feedback into test planning.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Zephyr for test management and reporting.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing comprehensive software testing projects.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid testing methodologies and tools like Jira and Zephyr.
- Strong technical knowledge of functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently or in teams and manage priorities under mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal Culture and Community.

**Special Conditions**
- This role’s location is currently site specific, which may change depending on the business needs of the role and TAFE SA.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Development Program
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
