About Bar Margaux:
Bar Margaux, a New York-style French bar and brasserie, is part of Made In The Shade family of The Everleigh alumni. We are on the hunt for an experienced Bartender who’s oozing energy and has the appetite to create an intoxicating experience from the bar to the dinner table, into the early hours.

With a curated cocktail menu to rival the most discerning of drinkers' palates and an extensive wine list, Bar Margaux is home to everyone who appreciates the art of good drinking, spectacular food and exceptional service mixed with Melbourne’s love affair for late night haunts.

We are looking for someone who thrives off a busy environment, inspired to make the very best drinks and understands the simple perfection of a classic cocktail. Someone who understands that working hard behind the scenes allows you to look effortless in front of your guests.

About You:
To be well equipped for success we will provide great training and support from an experienced team. However, the successful applicant will need a few tricks up their sleeve:

- The ability to work as part of an energetic team with the drive to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
- Immaculate presentation and the confidence to be able to talk the talk.
- A talent for multi tasking and the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
- A strong work ethic and passionate about learning. (We believe that working with hospitality professionals breeds a desire for learning and knowledge and the pursuit of perfection. In other words, we want you to have that creative soul that's craving excellence.)
- Experience - we cannot forget Ideally you will have 2 years within a similar venue.
- A friendly, respectful, positive and approachable attitude.
