We are looking for a Procurement Analyst join our team.

As a member of Vendor Management team, you’ll be responsible for managing the day to day procurement activities including vendor engagement, analysis and reporting.

About the role

Assist with the sourcing activities and evaluation of suppliers through the analysis of relevant data.
End to end procurement identifying new sources of supply and leading the process of vendor evaluation, selection, and approval.
Support Vendor management term in negotiation of vendor pricing through commercial analysis.
Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policy and procedures and external legislative requirements.
Engage and advise key stakeholders on policies, procedures, systems and standards to enable them to deliver effective, outcomes-focused procurement activities across the organisation.
Assist with monitoring supplier governance and compliance including Modern Slavery legislation, CPS 234 and CPS 221.
Develop and deliver spend analytics and reporting on vendors.
Provide and or update procurement reports, assist with procurement related projects and input into procurement systems.
