Bay City Early Learning Centre has been operating in the Geelong CBD for over 20 years. We are very excited to announce that we are now opening **2 Montessori classrooms** at the Centre. In the coming months we are opening a **Cycle 1 & Toddler classrooms**

We are not a large organisation but we are committed to quality care and a great work environment. We have 9 center's throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.

At Bay City, our philosophy offers a holistic approach to the child, their environment and their learning. Our curriculum is based on the philosophy of Maria Montessori, the Victorian Early Years & Early Years Learning Framework.

- **Montessori qualified and Inspired educators.**:

- **ECT, Diploma and Certificate 3 educators**:

- **Full time, part time and casual options (Open to School hour options for the right person)**:

- **New graduates encouraged to apply**
- **Position requirements**_**:

- Relevant Qualifications as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Montessori Diploma or working towards (ideal but not essential)
- Current working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificate or willing to complete.
- A genuine passion for working with children, families and colleagues.
- Open to new philosophies and ideas
- A good sense of humor
