**About Us**
We are a locally owned, busy property management business seeking a reliable and motivated Handyperson. This is a hands-on, full-time role with varied tasks, offering plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.

**About the Role**

This position is suited to someone who may have started a trade certificate but decided to take a different path—yet still wants to put their skills to use. You'll be working both independently and alongside tradesmen across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.

**Your duties will include**:

- General clean-up and rubbish removal.
- General maintenance duties including but not limited to painting, basic plumbing repairs, lock repairs, basic carpentry and joinery, tiling repairs, lawn maintenance, polishing of vehicles, fire compliance (training provided).
- Assisting tradesmen with more detailed tasks using tools.
- Working across different sites with flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.
- Full-time labouring duties, including physical work and varied tasks each day.
- Manual labour duties requiring the ability to lift heavy items.
- Use of a company ute when needed.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A current driver's licence (manual) and your own transport.
- Forklift or MR/LR drivers licence would be an advantage, or willing to obtain.
- The ability to perform consistent manual labour.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations, sometimes with short notice and overnight.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
