Goodstart Bendigo is a has a spacious and well-equipped indoor and outdoor play area that is designed to cater for different age groups which encourage children's exploration, imagination and creativity. Across the centre our educational program and practices are set up in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

Your Impact

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll help achieve this by

Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
