Production Runner

Fresh Leaf is a fast growth fresh herb and leafy greens business with significant growth opportunities from operational expansion and optimisation of our sustainable farming models. We're focused on evolving a traditional industry of leafy vegetable growing from diminishing market gardeners, to a new technology driven and sustainable format.

**The Role**:
We have 3 openings for Production Runners at our Devon Meadows site. Production Runners keep Fresh Leaf moving, working to ensure each table is stocked with herbs to be packed and moving packed herbs from production tables to outbound. Working across the whole production floor, the Production Runners work directly with the team leaders and Production Manager to ensure the days production is completed quickly and effectively. With a pair of highly experienced Production Runners already working with this team, you'll recieave fantastic hands-on, on the job training, enabling you to be successful quickly.

Please note; this role will be a full time role on a rotating roster Monday - Saturday. We have two starting times available, one from 5:30 am to 2 pm and another from 10 am to 6 pm.

**Key Tasks**:
Keep tables loaded with herbs and ready for work

Move stock from production floor to outbound

Utlise pallet jack to move stock as required

Maintain a safe and clean work area

**Skills and Experience**:
Good physical fitness

Reliable and punctual

Highly motivated to succeed and work as a team

Results orientated

Be able to think on their feet

Reliable and punctual

Understanding and commitment to food safety practices

Ideally forklift licensed, or be willing to complete training

**Remuneration**:
**Rate of pay is under the Horticulture award, with permanent full time work offered at level 1, $21.38 with an expectation staff move to level 2, $21.97, within 6 months.**
