Role Overview:
As a Pick, Pack, Wrap, and Distribution Team Member, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring our beautiful gift packages are prepared with care and delivered on time. This is a casual position with the flexibility to work during peak periods, such as holidays and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick: Accurately pick items from stock based on customer orders, ensuring high attention to detail and quality.

Pack: Safely pack and assemble gift orders, ensuring they are presented attractively and securely for delivery.

Wrap: Gift-wrap items with care and creativity, maintaining standards of presentation.

Distribution: Assist in organising and dispatching orders for delivery, coordinating with drivers and couriers to meet delivery timelines.

Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards before dispatch.

Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment, counting, and maintaining an organised workspace.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Safety: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar pick-and-pack role is an advantage but not essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to lift and move boxes safely (up to [insert weight, e.g., 10-15kg]).

Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team player.
