After The Bell Aus is seeking **Qualified Child Care Educators** who are energetic, can led a program, who is dedicated, passionate, and who enjoy caring for children in a School-Aged setting at our **Mooloolah State School (Before Schol, After School and Vacation Care)** program.

**Co-ordinator & Second In Charge Positions-**
- Part-time (during school term times) and Casual (during school holiday periods)
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week (during school term time) and 30 hours per week (school holiday period).

**The Roles-**
- **Able to work 3-5 days per week
- **During School Term Time: 7am till 9am, 2.30pm till 6.00pm and during School Holidays (6-10hrs daily shifts
- with breaks).
- Ability to provide an environment that is engaging, secure, hygienic, and safe for children aged 5 to 12 years.
- An understanding of providing a program that is inclusive to all diverse needs of children.
- Have an understanding and experience in managing children with different behavioral needs and the ability to build relationships with children to support their particular needs.
- Willing to understand and follow Child Care Government Framework requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with families, school staff, and colleagues to build strong relationships across the school community.
- Create a welcoming environment and a positive team workplace.

**Essential Criteria-**
- Diploma in Children's Services or Teaching Degree or Sport or Allied Health or Outside School Hours Care or equivalent or currently studying in an approved course.
- Previous experience working and caring for children is desirable.
- Resides in the Sunshine Coast Region and can travel to work.
- First Aid Training Level HLTA0012 or willing to obtain before commencement.
- Protection Training or willing to obtain before commencement
- A current Working With Children Check (P status).
- *The hourly rate is based on how many years you have held your credentials or years of study, if the credentials meet the qualification training criteria, working part-time or casual and the hourly rate and superannuation additional. _

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
