We have an exciting opportunity for an Sales Representative/Account Manager working within the hospitality industry.

Living and working on the Sunshine Coast as a part of a vibrant and proactive team that is passionate about the creation and betterment of exciting hospitality venues, our team continually strives to be the best in the field.

**A bit about us...**

We supply a wide range of Hospitality & Catering products and services to the Restaurant, Cafe, Hotel, Aged Care, Hospital, and Institutional markets. These include commercial cooking equipment, bar equipment and food service appliances, as well as venue design and shop fitting services.

**The role is...**

Field based mostly with some office time required.

As a diverse customer relations and sales-based role, you would be required to build relationships, provide accurate advice on products and services, convert sales and orders, as well as work with the Sales, Admin, and Project teams in assisting clients with bettering their hospitality businesses.

Part of the role would be maintaining relationships with existing clients, growing relationships and building rapport and sales, and creating and fostering new leads.

**What we look for...**

A passion and drive for customer service is a must, knowledge of the hospitality industry would be preferred.

We're motivated by passionate, driven individuals looking to gain security in a position in long term employment, with a desire to learn and develop with a keen eye for detail.

An understanding of the quoting process and quoting/inventory/CRM software is desirable. Good general communication and software proficiency (ie Office 365) is required.
