Established in 1977 Lime Industries is a West Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of specialised lime products formulated for the Solid Plastering Industry.

This is a fulltime position, hours rostered as negotiated. Approximately 30-38 hours a week, overtime when required.

**Main duties/expectations include**:

- Manufacturing Solid Plastering Products operating chemical blending, dispensing, and bagging equipment, including startup and shut down processes, forklift operation.
- Monitoring controls and performing operational checks ensuring efficient and safe processing of materials and products, identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting non-compliance and maintenance issues to management team.
- Managing contamination prevention practices according to ISO standards.
- Continuously monitor and inspect processes with a view to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure optimal performance in accordance with manufacturing and operational goals
- Quality Control - Perform tests, sampling and analysis to ensure quality of materials and product specification
- Managing and controlling Batch Traceability procedures
- Ensure stock inventory levels are sufficiently maintained to meet sales schedules
- Manual bag and container filling.
- Co-ordination and preparation of outgoing orders for dispatch.
- Unloading of manufacturing materials/ dispatch loading of Solid Plastering Products
- Daily documentation of manufacturing records and reporting to management.
- Safe operation of manufacturing machinery and forklifts.
- Ensure site security, plant performance efficiency and safety procedures.
- Diagnose problems and report any issues to management.
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
- Forklift license (essential).
- Current Driver’s License
- Punctuality, time management skills.
- At least 1 year of work experience with checkable references.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
