**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
- Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations** in **MYOB** and **Xero**.
- Prepare **BAS, GST, and payroll tax** in compliance with ATO regulations.
- Manage payroll processing, including superannuation and employee entitlements.
- Assist in financial reporting and preparing statements for management review.
- Liaise with accountants, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year** of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in **MYOB and Xero**.
- Strong understanding of **GST, BAS, and payroll processing**.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A diploma or certification in **Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance** (preferred but not mandatory).
