**Your role**:
The Merchandising Executive will implement all merchandising requirements across MU/Skincare portfolio, including allocated permanent merchandising production projects across the ANZ market. The role sits within our Luxury Merchandising Team and will work predominately on Gucci, Burberry, Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin, Philosophy.
The role requires strong pro-active, multi-project management skills, strategic mind set, keen eye for detail, and natural creative flair - a winning combination to ensure excellence in execution. In addition, we require strong analytical ability and diligence (both numerically and aesthetically) to be able to manage and oversee Luxury projects on time & within budget; driving consistent quality whilst adhering to time sensitive critical paths. This is a fast-paced role, requires creativity, attention to detail, agility and most importantly an unwavering team spirit.

**Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will**:
Lead all merchandising requirements across MU/Skincare portfolio, including Sephora JDA submissions, allocated permanent merchandising production projects and VM forecasting.
Ownership of the Trade Marketing budget line across allocated portfolio.
Develop and implement counter VM requirements, including but not limited to bespoke POS, artwork, sourcing supplier quotes, PO management, distribution of POS and quality control in line with global brand guidelines.
Produce launch manuals and instructional guidelines including planograms and visual updates ensuring all brands are in line with global visual rights.
Key contact for field with regard to requests for VM support across MU/Skincare portfolio
Manage fixture installations and maintenance across Fragrance/MU/ Skincare - all channels
- Manage design & build process for pop up retail executions and monitor the visual representation of our brands in store ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
Work with the Field, Sales & Brand teams to ensure local requirements are incorporated into new project briefs, review similar projects to ensure we build on successful elements and install times are considerate to business needs.
Maintain the central merchandising database, photo Library and provide competitor analysis.
Manage stakeholder expectations including presenting drafts for sign off prior to production and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with outside agencies and vendors, as well as internal leaders and teams.
Liaise with Supply Chain with regard to daily operational issues and to ensure that launch time and stock allocations are respected through the management of the tracking sheet.
Raise & maintain purchase orders within SAP/Ariba; including invoicing.
At times over and above projects as assigned by Merchandising Manager.

**You will have**:
Tertiary qualifications preferred
At least +3 years’ experience in a similar merchandising/marketing role is imperative
Strong MS Office skills required
Proficiency in Creative Cloud apps
Background/experience in the beauty or luxury sector is preferred
