The Department of Justice and Community Safety is currently seeking a Team Leader Information and Listings to provide a critical role within Sentence Management.

About the business unit
The Sentence Calculation and Warrant Administration (SCWA) Unit within the Sentence Management Division is responsible for processing of court orders, prisoner discharges and sentence calculations to ensure that prisoners are appropriately and accurately held or released in accordance with legislative requirements. The SCWA Unit is also responsible for coordinating core processes that support the attendance of prisoners at court in a timely manner.
About the role
As the Team Leader Information and Listings you will be responsible for managing a team responsible for providing centralised support for the scheduling of court appearances via video conference, higher courts and responding to enquiries and requests from the public and key Corrections Victoria stakeholders.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day staffing responsibilities of the Information and Listings Team.
- Oversee the timely and accurate scheduling of court listings for audio visual link and higher court attendances.
- Oversee, inform, and support the provision of accurate and timely advice and information to the public and key Corrections Victoria stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee responses to Freedom of Information requests and subpoenas.

SCWA operates shifts on a roster basis, with coverage from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. This role requires shift work rostered within these hours. The employee may also be required for regular on-call duties.

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

- COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
