About the Team
The Transport Communications and Experience Group provides leadership, advice and delivery of Strategic Communications & Engagement through partnering business operations and providing channel expertise in order to deliver the Department's strategic priorities.
About the Opportunity
About You
Demonstrated experience with Sharepoint intranetYou can identify key messages and information required for decision-making and provides high level advice on influencing and the needs of target audiences Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to successfully manage a range of complex and often competing needs as well as facilitating innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.Ability to find the underlying concerns, interests or emotions that lie behind what is being said and done and presents as genuine and sincere when dealing with othersExperience in project delivery tasks and meeting agreed outcomes by Coordinating and guiding others in the execution of work activities and monitors progress of tasks against plans and takes corrective action when required.Knowledge in Political and Organisational Context issues and pressures to which the organisation has to respond and understands the reasons behind the organisational climate and culture.You will be flexible and adaptable which will show in your tenacity and courage to find new ways to delivery outcomes and recognise the merits of different options.An outcome focused style and is up to date with the needs of the business area and able to use that knowledge to formulate strategies that are aligned to the needs of the business areas.You work collaboratively and guide others to do the same and with the team identify barriers to knowledge or information sharing and how to improve.
