Autoglass Fitter Traineeship

**Company Overview**: Instant Windscreens is a well-established automotive business with over 35 years of experience. Due to continued growth and market demand, we seek Trainee Automotive Fitters to join our team at the **Toowoomba Branch**. Our focus on long-term development and culture means that we are committed to supporting the education and progression of our Trainee staff, which is key to our continued success.

**Opportunity**: This is a full-time traineeship opportunity with no minimum progression time required. Prove yourself and be rewarded quickly You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in a supportive environment with a renewed focus on learning and culture. We will provide you with a Cert III Qualification at no cost once you have become a qualified fitter. This is a rare opportunity to start from scratch and build a genuine career.

You will receive uniforms and windscreen-specific tools, and penalty rates for any overtime. Qualified Fitter Level includes a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card. You will get to work on a range of different cars, including luxury vehicles.

- **Physically fit**: The role requires physical activity.
- **Driver's license**: A manual license is preferred.

Pay: Up to $950.00 per week
