The quality of our people (and of course our fresh, great-tasting Subs) has made Subway® the leading Quick Service Restaurant chain in Australia with over 1,500 locations.
We are looking for friendly, motivated and responsible food management professional to lead our team in The Gap, 15 minutes west of the CBD. Close to public transport, our well established store is looking to grow and requires management to lead the way.
Because we're open 7 days a week, we need our team to manage the busiest shifts. This will include some weekends and night work as well as early starts.

Some of your key duties will include:

- Supervising our amazing teamCustomer service focus
- Food preparation & handling
- Cash management and banking
- Building the business with new initiatives
- Following store procedures & guidelines
- Preparing RostersOrdering StockPerformance Management
- Managing Catering and deliveries

Essential Requirements:

- Must have previous restaurant management experience
- Attention to detailMust have customer service experience
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have a valid Drivers License as well as access to a reliable carBusiness or Management Certificate/ Qualification (This can be completed whilst working.)
