Auto Masters Cockburn are hiring an ambitious motor enthusiast; someone looking for a new challenge and keen to run the business as if it were their own.

Our Cockburn store has 4 high-performing Auto Techs and an apprentice, ready for someone to step in and support them with training, development, whilst working towards budgets and KPI's.

**About You**
You will have at least
**2 years' recent experience in an automotive centre **(or equivalent). You'll have a hardworking mindset with a genuine passion for cars and customer service. Along with this, you will have:

- Ability to provide genuine service, lead by example, and create lasting impressions
- Proven track record of sales within the automotive industry
- Trade qualifications are desirable, but not required
- Valid, C-Class Drivers License

**The Role**
You will oversee the general day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all staff are supported and on the right track to meet KPI's and sales targets. Other aspects of the role include;
- Creating and maintaining strong customer / client / supplier relationships
- Manage and report on weekly / monthly KPI's and targets
- Ensure a safe, clean workshop environment for staff and customers
