**What you’ll do**

We’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Technical Support department as a Technical Support Engineer.

As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications**.** You’ll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.

**Required Qualifications**
- Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025 or a recent graduate (within 1 year of graduation).
- Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
- Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred.
- Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux. General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required.

**Base Location & Work Arrangement**:

- **Sydney, Australia (we operate in a hybrid working model where we can build rapport and connect with others)**:

- ** Paid Internship at $68,000 ANZ annual salary converted into duration worked.**
