**The Central Coast's first rCX (rebel Customer Experience) store is opening soon in Erina. Our rCX stores have an interactive format focusing on sporting experiences with expert sportspeople, and exclusive, limited edition stock**

**Our new rCX Erina store is a significant site of 2200 square metres, and we have big plans to transform this into the go-to destination for all your sports & fitness needs. We need experienced and knowledgeable retail managers to join us for the ride**

Our Assistant Store Managers are known internally as Customer Service Managers (front of house) and Inventory Managers (back of house). No matter where you're located in the store the customer is at the forefront of everything we do

*Our team will consist of 50+ Retail Team Members - experience managing large team sizes would be well regarded*

**About you**
- You are an experienced retail people leader who is confident setting goals and targets with a large team and managing their success on a regular basis
- You have a strong understanding of visual merchandising of fashion/apparel and can work with the team to ensure the store is always well presented, tidy and engaging for customers
- You model exceptional customer service and can coach a team to deliver the same
- You are focused on zero harm and understand the safety of our customers and team is top priority
- For Inventory Managers specifically, experience in managing dock/receiving/replenishment operations in a busy retail/department store environment would be well regarded
