We are looking for a **Practice Manager** to lead and manage our teams across our **Bedford and Subiaco Clinics**:

Bedford and Subiaco are busy and fast paced small animal clinics supporting each other and providing up-to-date and affordable animal healthcare. To assist us with our endeavours the clinics are well-equipped with in-house blood testing, in-house endoscopy, dental x-ray, digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house pathology and general and specialised consultation rooms, Stress-Free accredited, Bair Hugger and more Our clientele consists of well-loved pets with loyal and committed owners which is what drives our family focused practice. We predominantly see cats and dogs, but also have exotic qualified vets and offer hydrotherapy with an underwater treadmill

We are a close-knit group and we all strive to ensure every team member feels supported and respected and given the best opportunities possible to reach their goals. Our team members work across both the Subiaco and Bedford clinics - with both clinics offering a varied caseload. Our team is made up of 8 Veterinarians and 15 Nurses, with talented and eager nursing students who work in clinic on a daily basis.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
