**About the Opportunity**
As a **Principal ERP Functional Specialist - Receivables and SIMBA** in our Corporate Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the StaffLink ERP platform, with a focus on Receivables, Cash Management, and custom modules such as SIMBA.

You’ll lead the delivery of strategic optimisations, drive innovation, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape the ERP roadmap, delivering solutions that enhance decision-making, financial transparency, and business performance across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ERP processes, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process, particularly Oracle Accounts Receivable and Cash Management.
- Oversee the development and integration of custom modules and external systems with StaffLink ERP.
- Support the rollout of major programs, such as the NSW Health Pathology SIMBA rollout and move to the new centralised banking model encompassing the recently developed NSW Health Payment Portal.
- This role is internally referred to as Principal Digital Specialist - ERP._

**About You**
We are looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates strong understanding and experience in functional roles within Oracle ERP (Cloud), with a solid grounding in Oracle R12.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process, particularly Oracle Accounts Receivable, and Oracle Cash Management.
- Has experience integrating data from external and custom systems using APIs, AutoInvoice Import, FBDI, lockbox, or More4Apps loaders.

**Nice to haves**
- Brings a broad understanding of the Finance modules within the Oracle ERP suite, particularly General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Cash Management, AGIS, TAX, SLA.
- Has strong communication skills and an ability to convey complex information between business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates effective time management and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
