- Marketing & Networking: Use digital platforms and offline methods to promote visa services. Attend networking events, expos, and conferences related to immigration services. Build a strong online presence by sharing helpful content related to visa information and trends to generate leads.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on immigration laws, visa options, and services offered by the company to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to clients.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals outlining services, timelines, and costs involved in the migration process.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of service agreements with clients, address objections, and close sales deals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of immigration laws, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in sales practices, ensuring transparency and integrity in all client interactions.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery, address concerns, and implement continuous improvements in sales processes.
