**The role**:
As a.NET Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, delivering technical solutions, and providing mentorship to junior members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical solutions and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues.
- Mentor team members to foster their professional growth.

**Key experience**:

- Proficiency in.NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.

**Desirable experience**:

- Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Xamarin or.NET MAUI.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Database management.
- Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
