**Full-Time Forklift Driver**

Décor Innovations is a dynamic e-commerce specializing in direct-to-consumer sales. We are committed to delivering exceptional value and convenience to our customers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Pick Packer to join our Auburn warehouse.

**Job Title**:
Full-Time Forklift Driver

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate different types of forklifts to move, replenish, and retrieve stock
- Replenish daily orders from bulk to pick locations in line with demand
- Move full cages of packed orders to staging area
- Pick and stage wholesale orders in a timely manner
- Load and unload goods from trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and ensure inventory is stored safely and accurately
- Wrap pallets, label goods and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Use of WMS system to record and track inventory
- Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents immediately
- Support general warehouse operations as required

**Requirements**:

- Forklift licence is essential
- LF Licence (Essential)
- LO Order Picker Licence (Essential)
- Experience operating articulated forklifts is preferred
- Strong attention to detail for picking items
- Strong understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety procedures
- Able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems is advantageous
- Able to work alone and within a team environment as well as under pressure

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
