As an APS 6 Learning and Development officer in Explosive Ordnance Maintenance Directorate (EOMD) in Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance - Delivery Division (GWEO-DD), you will be given the unique opportunity to work within a diverse team to deliver Australian Defence Force systems that are at the leading edge of Defence Capability.
- developing specific training courses from foreign sourced data;
- delivering courses to a wide range of maintenance personnel with varying skillsets;
- maintaining training records to ensure accuracy and consistency of data is maintained to support the sustainment of Defence capability.
**About our Team**
EOMD is an integral part of Explosive Materiel Branch (EMB) which is part of the new GWEO-DD, which is part of GWEO Group.
Our team is made up of various disciplines, including engineering, project management, commercial, logistics, and corporate enabling services. We are located in Canberra, Penrith, Ipswich, RAAF Amberley and Rockingham (HMAS Stirling) and our focus is to acquire and sustain guided weapons and munitions for the Australian Defence Force.
