**The Opportunity**

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a couple of skilled labourers to join our Retirement Living site team. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
- Work closely with key subcontractors
- Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
- Mentor an apprentice
- Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

- Skilled labour, who shows initiative and professionalism
- Experience in the residential construction
- Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a close-knit team
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
