**About the role**:
Parramatta Leagues Club is currently seeking an energetic team player, who strives to provide excellence in service, to join our dynamic team. An exciting opportunity exists for a Kitchen Hand with proven dedication and commitment.

Highly reliable, with a positive attitude and an exceptional customer driven focus, strong food knowledge, combined with calm and organized approach will allow you to thrive in this vibrant environment. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Food preparation assistance.
- Ensuring that all Kitchen and associated food preparation areas comply with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Operating commercial dishwashers
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by our Chefs and Management

**About you**:

- Experience as kitchen hand or in hospitality environment (highly desirable)
- Able to follow systems and procedures.
- Good knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
- Food Safety Knowledge.
- Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- RSA/ RCG qualification or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
- Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia
