Machinery Supervisor

Established in August 2019, Bulla Mushrooms (Aust) Pty Ltd (trading as ‘Bulla Park’) is the largest organic mushroom producer in Australia. We currently operate two mushroom farms located at Bridgewater and Diggers Rest and our business requires a full-time (38 hours per week) Machinery Supervisor. The salary offered is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

- Perform machinery maintenance
- Operate machinery and equipment
- Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work
- Ensures machine operation is done correctly
- Monitors and evaluates production records and reports

The applicants will have the following skills and experience:

- At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent, alternatively, relevant 3 years of work experience may substitute the formal qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Farm Mechanic or Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor in within Agriculture/Horticulture is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of agricultural production principles
- Possess advanced knowledge and experience in farming machinery maintenance,

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
