**About Voltex**:
Voltex is a leading supplier of electrical accessories to electricians in Australia and New Zealand. We need an experienced Product Development Leader to steer the development and delivery of innovative products in the electrical industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, from concept to launch, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Experience in the electrical industry is preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to define product specifications and ensure timely development.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and make market-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Voltex colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in product management, preferably within the electrical or related industry.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for solving customer problems.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the electrical industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyse market data and customer insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
