**The Position**:
An opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join a growing and fast-evolving team in a permanent full-time position in Brisbane CBD.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be an integral member of a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Administration support including managing inbox, filing, document management and preparing reports;
- Supporting with procurement administration including preparing quote processes, tender documents and proposals;
- Database management including setting up new suppliers, and record management;
- Printing, collating and formatting documents;
- Ad hoc support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the function and key project.
**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
- Ability to work in a growing and evolving team environment;
- Demonstrated experience in administration, with experience in procurement highly regarded;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Willingness and eagerness to learn;
- Highly competent in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
