**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred.
- Only Male Staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or training in healthcare or support work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
