Currently we are looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join our team in an brand new office located in Rhodes. Our team work with many large companies to successfully provide them with their labor workers. As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with the job of recruiting both casual and permanent position, with blue & White collar space.

**About the role**:

- Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements
- Proactive in your approach to win new businesses and grow market share

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous sales or business development experience is a must - heavily sales based role
- Sales driven mindset, and achievement oriented
- Independent person with good organization skills
- You enjoy sales, and are not afraid to pick up the phone
- You are resilient
- Proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Ability to meet set KPI’s and targets
- Team player
