Roof Carpenter Apprentice

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person who wants to work hard, learn valuable skills and be part of an awesome team. We are involved in the construction of roof framing, wall framing and the installation of wall claddings.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- **Someone who is eager to learn and can take direction**:

- No carpentry experience required however you must show willingness to learn
- **Great attention to detail**:

- Physical capability to undertake required tasks
- **A current Australian Drivers License (preferable) or must be able to get to site**:

- White Card
- Between the ages of 16-20years old (mature-age need not apply)
- Must be good with working at heights YOU WILL LEARN:

- **All aspects of Roof Carpentry**:

- Site Health & Safety
- **Correct use of power tools**:

- Reading and interpreting plans. IN RETURN YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- **Weekly Pay (38 hrs per week)**:

- Tafe Fees covered by the company
- **All tools provided**:

- Friendly encouraging mentor
- All work SOR
- **Formal Education at TAFE**

Apprenticeships will commence January 2025 and on trial basis until then

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
