**Responsibilities**:

- Research, develop and execute Delta 1 trading strategies using a variety of derivative instruments
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading positions as needed
- Collaborate with other traders and analysts to develop and refine trading strategies
- Communicate trading ideas and strategies to other team members and senior management
- Manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Continuously monitor and evaluate trading performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delta 1 Trader at a reputable trading firm or hedge fund, or on the D1 desk of a bank - Strong knowledge of Delta 1 products, including futures, options, and swaps - Proven track record of success in generating profits through Delta 1 trading - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, or mathematics
