**What You'll Do**:
As the **Merchandiser**you will:
**Make a difference**: Be responsible for the VIS Agreement and maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance

**Collaborate**: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practises, focused customer service and strong relationship building:

- Visit customers according to prescribed call pattern
- Timely communication of relevant issues to Sales Representatives and Field/Regional Sales Manager
- Liaison with team members on any work practice affecting ITW Consumer ranging

**Continuous Improvement**: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours. And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards and ITW Business Model

**What You'll Bring**:

- Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base
- Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Numerical literacy
- Territory - Brisbane Metro to Gold Coast
