**The Position**:

- Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
- Stock rotation and stock take experience
- Operation of a coffee bar including open and close
- Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers

**The Person**:

- Full Barista experience - Allpress specific training will be provided
- You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Great coffee presentation and customer service skills
- Ability to function in a high volume environment
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
