We are looking for an engaging, passionate and driven individual to join us as the **Team Leader CTA/JobLab**. This is a **full-time role** with the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off (ADO). **The role is based in **Caboolture,** however travel will be required to ETC offices across the Somerset region.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Someone who thrives in a team environment and has demonstrable experience coaching and managing a high-performing team** This role is all about developing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds to help them find their strengths and build capability. You need a high level of emotional intelligence, sound mediation and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport or have a conversation with anyone. A strong track-record in training delivery and administration is essential combined with the ability to mentor and coach your team to meet their objectives.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Previous experience managing a high-performing team
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery and administration
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
