**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of believers? Axis Church is looking for a dynamic and passionate NextGen Pastor to lead our thriving children’s and youth ministries. This role is perfect for someone with a heart to disciple young people, build meaningful relationships, and ignite a passion for faith in the next generation. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping creative and impactful programs that engage, nurture, and empower young people to grow in their spiritual journey and leadership.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Lead with Purpose: Develop and lead vibrant, engaging children and youth programs that inspire faith, foster spiritual growth, and encourage a sense of belonging.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Connect with children, youth, and their families, creating an environment where they feel valued and supported in their faith walk.
- Create Exciting Experiences: Plan and oversee weekly gatherings, events, and outreach initiatives that impact young lives.
- Equip and Empower: Recruit, train, and support a passionate team of volunteers who share your vision for building God’s Kingdom through youth and children’s ministry.
- Cultivate Discipleship: Design and implement pathways for young people to deepen their faith and discover their role in God's story.
- Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with other church leaders to ensure youth and children’s ministry aligns with Axis Church's mission and vision for the future.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passionate follower of Jesus Christ who is excited to disciple and lead the next generation.
- A heart for investing in young people and helping them grow in their faith, while guiding them to become leaders in their communities.
- Previous experience in youth or children’s ministry is a plus, but not required—what matters most is your passion and potential
- A theological degree or a willingness to begin studying.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, lead, and equip others to make a difference.
- A love for being part of a growing, authentic church community that celebrates diversity, creativity, and faith.
- A desire to help young people discover and live out their unique God-given purpose.
