An exciting opportunity exists to join the Lifestyle Communities team as the Community Managers at Lifestyle Warragul. This role is to support the homeowners and manage the day-to-day operations of the community. As a management couple, you will both require strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills to develop rapport and support homeowners. One of the key success factors is to create and maintain a welcoming, caring and safety community. One role focusses on Office Administration and the other on Facilities Management.

Snap-shot of Office Administration:

- Managing the day to day site operations of the community
- Building and maintaining strong profession relationships with homeowners, subcontractors and the regional community
- Managing the community’s financial performance
- General office administration and accounts
- Organisation of events, catering and programs for the community

Snap-shot of Facilities Management:

- Ensuring the maintenance request of homeowners are attended to and records of work undertaken are kept
- Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the community
- Ensuring compliance with al legislative and essential services regulations
- Arranging services and report of all community plant and equipment
- Overseeing maintenance contracts

To be successful have great customer service, good communication skills, experience in a similar role or related industry, the ability to build rapport, be autonomous and self-motivated.
