The Audio and Language Content team is seeking an experienced journalist to join us in the position of Digital Content Producer for SBS Hindi.

**The Role**
- Build our Hindi speaking online community and grow our audiences in the digital space.
- Create strategic placement of digital content, and the day to day moderation of relevant websites and social media platforms, such as our Facebook page.
- Produce content, graphics, polls, social videos and galleries based on news and features produced.
- Provide support to the on-air program teams, to include the promotion of podcasts and on-demand catch-up content and coaching on best practice online production and promotional techniques.
- Work with the Online and Content teams to identify, develop and amplify SBS Radio exclusive stories.

**About you**
- A sound understanding of the Hindi speaking community in Australia, and its cultural sensitivities, and are considered a social media expert.
- Manage and moderate multiple social media platforms and understand what content works on each.
- Be across all mainstream social media platforms and those specific to Australia’s Hindi speakers.
- Embrace new technology, and skilled in Search Engine Optimization, with a fundamental ability to optimise content to better search engine rankings and drive traffic to websites.
- An ability to use Photoshop and audio and video editing software.
