**Job Description**:
As an Activation Consultant you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all activation activities in the Sydney East Metro Region including but not limited to Work for the Dole program, study/education, EST, CTA

**Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to**:

- Work closely with AWA team to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented for any clients ‘at risk’ of possible fall off, in turn increasing center conversion rates.
- Being the point of contact for all sites in regards to all activities
- Working closely with all sites in the Sydney East Metro Region
- Ensuring enough activities available for the region
- Liaise with AWA Job Coaches and troubleshoot issues arising with clients within activities and moving jobseekers to more suitable activities.
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements
- Management of risk assessment and signed contracts

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in our team you will**:

- High level of computer literacy
- Dedication to supporting people through difficult periods
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a small, dedicated team
- Personal resilience matched with a professional, mature and confident approach to overcoming challenges
- An understanding of the Employment Services environment
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
- Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package;
- Previous employment services experience will be highly regarded, (although not essential);
- Current police clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).
