We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader Business Support to oversee and guide our administrative and business support team and provide support to the Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery operations within our City Infrastructure unit, providing high-level administrative support to the team, bring a customer first focus and represent our Manningham values.

**About the Role**

Supporting the Manager City Infrastructure and leading the City Infrastructure Administration Team, you will work collaboratively and provide responsive business unit services. You will ensure that all administration functions and responsibilities are carried out with a customer focus in accordance with Council policies. You will lead by example and proactively follow up on corporate requirements relating to reports and responding appropriately to internal stakeholders.

You will be contributing positively to keeping the units management team on track to meet deadlines relating to processing of invoices/purchase orders, approvals, ongoing process reviews and improvement as well as system guidance, etc.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to gain co-operation and assistance from team members and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, staff, and the community.
- A strong commitment and ethos of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Qualified in Business Administration or other EA qualifications relevant to the area.
