- Our Cyber Security team protects and defends our customers’ and own internal systems and cyber offering includes threat & vulnerability assessments, cyber risk & governance consulting and 24/7 managed security services.
**Why this role?**
As a senior member in our CSOC, you’ll not just help detect, respond and remediate cyber incidents but you’ll also play a key role in mentoring and sharing knowledge with other members of the team and contributing to our product roadmap.

**A bit about you**:
- You’ve previously worked in a CSOC environment, within either an MSSP or an in-house team and you’ve worked at a Senior Analyst or Security Engineer level
- You’ve worked with a wide range of security tools (some of ours include QRadar, Carbon Black and Qualys) and remediated loads of different incident types
- You still love being hands-on and aren’t ready to get off the tools but you enjoy imparting your knowledge and helping develop more junior team members
- You enjoy continually improving processes and utilising automation wherever possible
**Some of the key things you’ll do**:
- Protect and defend our customers cyber security environments and play a lead role during cyber incidents and investigations
- Continually identify how we can utilise technology and automation to improve our operations
- Assist in the development of our service offerings and technical roadmap
- Mentor and coach more junior team members
