**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Stratco’s** manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Production Team Member **to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**This is permanent, full-time opportunity working an 8-hour Day Shift (7:30am - 3:30pm).**

**Location**:Fyshwick, ACT

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
- Picking and packing products
- Interpreting product drawings
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Essential** - Strong mechanical aptitude
- ** Desirable** - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Ability to interpret product drawings
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
