**About CaSPA Care**:
CaSPA Care is dedicated to providing quality care in a homelike environment. With two aged care homes located in South Melbourne and Albert Park, we prioritise independence, choice, and individualised care for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Food Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Supporting residents with dietary needs and preferences
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to enhance the dining experience for residents

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an aged care or similar setting
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
- Unrestricted Visa allowing full-time work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and empathy for the elderly

**Position Details**:

- Full-time position
- Monday to Thursday: 11 am to 7 pm
- Friday: 9 am to 5 pm

Casual positions are also available, must have flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.

**Experience**:

- Food Service Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handling Certificate (required)
- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
