**Our role is Permanent on Rotating Shift**:
**Week 1**: Monday to Friday (7.00am to 3.00pm)

**Week 2**: Monday to Friday (3.00pm to 11.00pm)
Our printing teams are critical to our Fawkner Plant meeting our customer requirements.
Working on our rotating shifts, our trade qualified printers operate printing production lines and perform printing operations to support our plant.
This is an all-rounder role and we’re looking for someone who can work as a team and roll their sleeves up to make a real difference to our site. Key Job Responsibilities:
**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:
Working in a safe manner and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
Operating our flexographic printing machinery, including such as start-up / change overs / shutdowns ect.
Be able and prepared to provide general support as required.
Adhering to Engineering ISO9002 Quality Assurance system and Food Environmental Policy requirements. About The Person:
To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will have the following characteristics:
Have appropriate printing trade qualifications (Certificate III in Printing) and flexographic experience.
Able to work with a focus on Health, Safety and Quality.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team or unsupervised.
Have good fault finding and communication skills.
Have a good understanding in Lean & TPM.
