Relight Your Care is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and reliable **Female Disability Support Worker** to join our dedicated team in Werribee. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with disabilities to lead empowered, fulfilling, and independent lives in their community.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centred personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication support.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and overall household management.
- Support clients to participate in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to foster social inclusion and wellbeing.
- Monitor client safety and respond to emergencies according to policy and training requirements.
- Collaborate closely with health professionals and families to implement tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in line with organisational standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Empathetic and patient communicator who values client choice, dignity, and independence.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a supportive team environment.
- Physically able to carry out care-related tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
- Relevant background checks and clearances, including:

- Working with Children Check
- Police Clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous disability support or mental health experience is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
